Gang Sheet Guru terms of service

These terms are an agreement between Kausrh LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company ("we", "us"), and the business that installs Gang Sheet Guru on its Shopify store ("you"). By installing or using the app you accept them. They sit alongside Shopify's own terms, which also govern your use of Shopify and of apps on it.

1. The service

Gang Sheet Guru adds a gang sheet builder to your store, where your customers upload designs, arrange them on sheets you sell and add them to the cart, and gives you a print-ready 300 DPI PNG file for each sheet ordered, with a production queue to manage them.

We may change or improve the app. We will tell you in advance of any change that removes a feature you rely on.

2. Plans and billing

• Plans (Starter, Growth and Pro) are billed by Shopify, through your Shopify invoice, at the prices shown on the app's plan page when you subscribe. New installs get a 14-day free trial.
• Each plan includes a monthly allowance of film area. If you use more, we suggest a larger plan; there are no overage charges, and your customers can always keep buying.
• You can change or cancel your plan at any time from the app; changes take effect as Shopify applies them. Fees already charged are not refunded except where Shopify's billing rules or the law require it.
• Without an active plan, the app's admin shows only the plan page; your storefront and checkout keep working.

3. Your responsibilities

• You are responsible for the products you sell, the prices you set, your customers, and the printing and delivery of their orders.
• Check each print file before printing. The app checks resolution and layout and shows warnings, but you decide what you print. We are not responsible for printing costs, materials or reprints.
• Your customers' artwork remains theirs. You are responsible for making sure you have the right to print what your customers upload; the app can ask customers to confirm they hold those rights, and records their answer for you.
• You will not use the app for unlawful content or to infringe anyone's rights, and will not attempt to disrupt, overload or reverse-engineer it.
• You will keep access to your Shopify admin secure.

4. Data

• We process your shop's data and your customers' data only to provide the app, as described in our privacy policy, which forms part of these terms. If you need a data processing agreement, ask us at support@kausrh.com. You remain responsible for having a lawful basis to collect your customers' data and for your own privacy notice to them.
• Files and personal data are deleted on the schedule in the privacy policy. Print files can be rebuilt while the designs are kept; once designs are deleted under that schedule, a sheet cannot be printed again.
• When you uninstall the app, Shopify asks us to delete your shop's data 48 hours later, and we delete all of it, including files. Download anything you want to keep before uninstalling.

5. Availability and support

We aim to keep the app available and fix problems promptly, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. If the app is unavailable, your store and checkout keep working; orders placed meanwhile are picked up when it returns. Support: support@kausrh.com, answered within two business days.

6. Intellectual property

The app, its code and its design belong to us. You get a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use it in your stores while you have it installed. Feedback you send us may be used to improve the app.

7. Liability

To the extent the law allows:

• The app is provided "as is", without warranties beyond those these terms state.
• We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits, or the cost of printing, materials or reprints.
• Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us for the app in the 12 months before the claim.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

8. Ending the agreement

You can stop at any time by uninstalling the app. We can suspend or end your access if you breach these terms, or end the service for everyone with 60 days' notice. Sections 4, 6 and 7 survive the end of the agreement.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We will tell you of material changes 30 days before they take effect, in the app or by email; continuing to use the app after that means you accept them.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules, and disputes go to the state or federal courts located in Wyoming.
